Graphics Cards

Hot damn. I just bought a new retina display macbook with intel HD 4000 graphics card. It was expensive as hell. I really hope AAMFP can run on this thing since my old toshiba overheats when I play Manesia

It's really expensive, I know, but if I was in you, I would have chosen a MacBook Pro with a normal LED Display, (no-retina), and a better GPU.
Because in almost all Macs, upgrading RAM or HD is not a huge problem, but upgrading the graphic chip or CPU is IMPOSSIBLE! Right now, I'm paying for my errors, 'cause I've two Macs with a bunch of RAM and disk space, but with really cheap-crappy GPUs...
I really love my iMac and my MacBook Air, but I would sell it and buy an used Mac Pro, that is the only upgradable Mac that worth its price.

The GeForce GT 640 will run both, TDD and AMFP almost very well.
And with a power consumption of 50 W it could be compatible to your PSU.

When it will fit into your chassis, then I would buy this card. It's by far better than the GT 630.

Thanks bro! I'll do my measurements on my motherboard to make sure it would fit. And if it doesn't well then f*** that! I'll just sell Amnesia on eBay and get like ten bucks haha. Now I remember why I'm not a PC gamer, I'll just stick to PlayStation next time hahaha. But yea, I will try and perform some measurements to see if it would fit! Everyone on this thread is now just making me jealous by talking about their awesome computers and how excited they are to play AAMFP. Haha.
