			| Modeling scale

I'm new at importing models into game engines so I'd like to know how I can make the models have the correct dimensions BEFORE exporting them? It's a little annoying to have to scale it in the Entity editor.
Thank you so much for your time!!

Have you tried importing an existing amnesia model for reference, resizing, THEN exporting? Might also help to know what program you are using.

Which software are you in? You need to set the dimensions right, importing a model for reference won't work in most cases

It helps to have a plane or cube set to 4x4 scale in the 3D program, as that is the size of a typical wall piece in the main game.

Or importing a grunt, which works great for me.
Fun Fact: I used a grunt and I used his rig to make him in a sitting position, like if it was driving a car, as a reference in making a car (total failure, but worth the try).

None of those things might work depending on his software..
Basicly you need to set your units scales up for your modeling software and your DAE exporters.

Can't help you without knowhing which software you're in though, since they're all different.

Make sure you set the linear of the grid to Meters then. It can be found by going to "Window>Settings/Preferences>Preferences>Settings tab" and change the Linear to Meters. This will help keep everything in size.
