RE: Very dissapointing
Congratulations, you made a massive judgement of a game you have not even touched yourself, and of which you have only seen a fraction of the gameplay played by people who aren't allowed to show too much. Do I need to explain why this is wrong?

RE: Very dissapointing
You cant really say anything from just seeing first 20minutes or so. Think about the beginning of TDD

RE: Pre-ordered but disspointed
Oh really? I made a massive judgement of a game I have not touched and I was satisfied enough to buy it. And was more satisfied enough to play it. SO please, tell me Trillion, is it not wise to look at the first 20-30 minutes of gameplay and question the direction it is going?
Hey, how ya doing?

If you add anything from AMFP, including the lantern, you would pack it together with the custom story, because AMFP files are not in TDD vanilla files.
Ah - I was thinking that there would be no size increase if you already have the assets from the AMFP installation (if you had the game of course).

RE: Pre-ordered but disspointed
Enough of this DRM talk... If you want it DRM free buy it from the humble store instead of steam.... It`s that simple.

RE: Pre-ordered but disspointed
I'm always amused by people being so anti Steam.
Their drm isn't draconian.
You can play the games you buy off of steam offline easily. Hell, I do it regularly.
Saying that you need an internet connection to play games off of steam is completely factitious.
Buuuuuut I see what i'm dealing with here so i'm going to be cordial and leave it there, regardless.

I'm really confused here, how will we be able to use AAMFP's assets? copy them over? i doubt they will be included in the update, might be another download?
i really need an answer.

Like I said earlier. We can assume that the player would have to either download the assets from a website, buy aMfP, or the CS would have to come with these assets.

RE: Machine for Pigs & Custom Stories
I presume it will be possible to make so called "isolated total conversions" with their own .bat launcher. I can't imagine any technical problems with such an "isolated mod files" kind of modding on HPL2.5 engine platform. Surely there might be problems, if AMFP files structure is completely different in comparison to ATDD, which I doubt, but still I do believe everything would be solvable and there will be mods on AMFP.
