Pre Order on Steam and did not get game!!??

Hello, Frictional Games, I need your help, well my brother does.. He pre ordered your newly released game Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs.. His steam log in is tomchoj, his steam profile name is xxxpwnedxxx123... He pre ordered it in august, and now that it is the release date, he does not have it in his steam library, in the cart it said it will be in his game library on the 10th (today). I just need help knowing why it is not there. I included 2 screen shots of his steam game library showing everything.

Please contact Steam directly for this type of problem, we can not look into it.
