In Black Plague, he is the guy that asks for a saw, not word for word I don't think but he says "You need a hand. something I don't need. I want a saw. something you don't have." in fact, when you first hear of this guy in Requiem, there should be a flashback frame of the guy breaking down that door.

That person was Dr. Eminiss, who was infected, locked himself in the room and wanted that saw. And what's the point to ask this.:
