It doesn't show up in the Options menu in the Main Menu, huh?
Anyway, go to this directory;
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\My Documents\Amnesia\Main\<ProfileName>\
Open user_settings.cfg and find this line;
<Game ShowCommentary= "False"
Change the "False" to "True" with the quotation marks.
