Need idea for level

Now, currently in my conversion mod, I'm building some levels that is involved with insane minds. Basically, it's upside down rooms, turning walls, both up and sideways.

Now I've build alot of this and I wanna build one final room with this way of building. However, I'm at a loss on how to finish it off. Anyone have any good ideas?

1 empty room (big) with a light and an importend item.
While entering that room, the entrance door will get locked!
New scary atmosperic music will be played.
The closer you come to the item, the screen shakes more and your vision will go more crazy...
When you are SUPER close let a cool enemy pop up and it take the item away.
With a small flash you will get teleported to another room with a lot of light ( can be an already seen room or secret room witch you can\could see but never could enter )
Then you have to continue finding that enemy + item.

That sounds like crazy and could be done very well, with new custom sounds \ enemy and some cool functions ( fade in\out , blur , sepiacolor, effectflash, Fov(depth) etc etc...

Thanks man, good idea. Cannot have a new enemy though, I was thinking of having one but it might never be used or even created, so I will probably improvise.

What i ment was NOT a grunt or brute. Wink
You do not need a "new" enemy, there are like 15 enem's you can choose from nowdays.
