Is there a custom story anywhere that contains a radio model?

What kind of radio are you looking for? As far as I know, there is a radio in Penumbra: Overture, whether or not you would be able to access that asset, I'm not sure.

There are also website where you can purchase created models or you could probably even ask someone here on the forum to be of service.

That's actually one of the more clever ideas for basic retexturing. Save your self the modelling, and make a simple texture over something of identical shape.
