Sounds like the most likely issue, and if that's the case, you shouldn't need to worry. If it's important, it should get fixed quickly.

Eventually the error is from skype. I don't know why, but when I closed it the error stopped.

Never had that from Skype myself. Perhaps try reinstalling it?
