Problem with Humble Store

Always when I purchase a game, it will not listed at my download library. The paiges are already claimed by me. Often it takes a very long time until the games are listed up for download. Yesterday I bought "Neverending Nightmares", but I still can't download it. I can only access the steam key, but I want to download the DRM-free installer.

It seems like the Humble Store is extremely buggy. Why won't purchased games directly added to the library?

Does anyone of you have the same troubles?

I already asked the support for help, but nobody wants to answer.

My only problem with the Humble library is that it takes eons for the game updates to become available, and when they are, you have to download the whole game again, there's no separate patch. Which kind of sucks when it's a, let's say, 6 GB download.

But I never had the problem you mention, every time I bought a game from the Humble Store or I received a gift key for a game purchased there, it was instantly added to my library (except pre-orders). I remember there was some delay with the DRM-free version of Ether One when it was released, but I don't know if it was the developer's fault or Humble's.

The delay is what I mean. Everytime when I buy a game, I have this troubles. It takes weeks until it becomes added to my library. And I can't even download Neverending Nightmares, because there is no download button!

Argh, and the support is not answering!

But I purchased Trine and there's a separately patch download for it.

When I buy a game at a time where no DRM-free version is avaiable (only a steam key) and the DRM-free version will be added later to the store. Will I automatically get it? Or must I buy the game again?

I've never experienced that particular issue.

Then again, I am buying bundles and not from the store, and any DRM'-Frees appear with the downloads, but I always grab the Steam keys.

Are you able to simply click on a link they send you in an email to take you to the Download page?

Yes, but there is no download - only a steam key.
But there should be a DRM-free installer also. Like it is with my other games. I think I have to wait some days until they added the download page...
Did nobody here bought Neverending Nightmares there?
