Found some entities while saving. check log for details?

What does this error mean and why did I get it? I randomly got it when I had 2 planes as compounds and when I tried to move them..they disappeared? and when I tried to save it keeps getting me that box.. i checked the log but there's nothing there that could help me.. sow hat gives? And how do i fix this pesky problem?

It's a bug in the Level Editor. Objects converted to compounds sometimes disappear if you edit with them too much.
