(Spoiler) What are you surposed to do in Delta?

I reached Delta after escaping the place with the "Disco Grunts" (can't remember the name) and I'm trying to reach telta but I stuck. I tried using the com antenna but nothing progressive happen. Any hints on what exactly I'm surposed to do?

Find the control panel which allows you to establish a link with a connection. Link up to the yellow connection with the purple cone, which should be something of a short distance ( ~50 in some metric) away. Then head over to the Zeppelin landing dock and call it in. It'll take you further.

Find the zeppelin landing pad. Then find the terminal in front of it. That terminal can be interacted with, its just not readily obvious due to the corrosion.
