Question  Soma FC Mod ???

Hello

Will it be possible to make a Full Conversion in Soma, like we could in Amnesia:TDD.

While I don't have a full handle on them, the mod tools appear to be dev level access. The main game itself appears to be a "mod" that runs on the framework of HPL3 Engine. It's really an awesome thing that Frictional did for the community.
