Penumbra on steam for mac?

Will the Penumbra series be available through the mac version of steam?

And that would probably mean the Linux one too, as soon as Steam will be ported) Wondering if Win and Mac versions will be available as a single "Steam Play" option (perhaps splitting money between teams proportionally to Win/Mac downloads) or separate ones, like in FG store...

Any news to report on this? I thought they might becoming out today alongside TF2 because they appeared briefly in my Mac Games steam list early this week (so yes, it looks like they will support Steam Play.)
