Penumbra with assistance

So what i'm asking and i'm pretty sure everybody would love is to make Penumbra online. No i dont mean like you versus you"re friend or shoot each other because that what make Penumbra unique. So i would be really happy if someone could add a online gameplay so you and your friend could play the game because i dont think i would even dare to play it, because i"m too scared to play

Well, you could always get a friend to come over and he could watch you play... Or you could stream it live over the internet and have him on Skype or something.

ye i thought about that, but video over skype is totally bad. And that is my point that i call him via Skype and we together play this game wile hearing each other. But i feel that someone going to crack this game and make it online.

It is also probably very hard to do.

Also there is no Philip character model so you would be invisible to your friend.

Well, the source code is out so it is theoretically possible to add multiplayer. But yeah, someone has to program all that stuff. And someone needs to make a Philip model...

I'm guessing you are playing Penumbra: Overture. Simply running from the dogs is sufficient if you play on "easy" mode. For more peace of mind you can take the hammer or pickaxe and smash up/hack up the dogs so they won't bother you again. It's rather exciting.

If that's still too scary, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if there's a mod out there to add a .357 or something like that.

There aren't any gun mods out there. However, I have seen some mods that allow for super run speeds and lots of dynamite and super health.
