Seriously though, I don't know why yours are so much more noticeable. It almost looks like the wall is not in line with the other wall, but you said that you have not changed any settings so that would not be the problem.

well i changed one thing, it's the scale snap increment in the options(from 0.25 to 0.1), but i did not use scale on those tiles, only for the big ceiling.

It is as it should, the castlebase set has visible lines, the cellarbase set too, but the rest of the sets are quite line free. If you played the game and did not notice it really, then you sort of have the answer as to why it can be like that. When levers are darker and you add stuff to the levels it is not really that noticeable unless you know it is there.
