[SCRIPT] [SOLVED]Screen ragged after certain effects applied

I've been struggling with a very annoying issue whilst I was scripting a certain sequence for my mod. I used a whole bunch of effects, but for some reason, one of them decided to flip out and tear my screen apart, and I absolutely have no clue why. But somehow, it resets the screen back to normal sometime later, most likely a few secs after the "teleport_to_grave" timer.
