map reloading

hey, I followed the "setting up developer environment" and everything seems to load smoothly except for the fact my map changes dont take effect?

I have used the reload via the debug menu, after overwriting my newest iteration of my map, of course - it simply does not update for me, and im not sure why?

any help is appreciated - much thanks

Delete the map_cache file where your map is located.
