Steam or Frictional store?

About to buy the game.

Is there any difference between buying it from here or steam?

Does frictional get more money if I buy it here? If so I'm going to buy it here. Interesting because it's cheaper on steam and valve must take a cut: the numbers make no sense.
I use and like steam for almost all my games because of the interface and community etc.

What to do?

P.S. Fricitonal haven't yet responded about permission to use the game in my project but I'm going to get it anyway for unnoficial use.

P.S. I will buy a copy for my flatmate as a sign of good faith. I got him to play the demo and he was thrilled by it.
