Any moding news?

Its been long since Overture was released, but unfortunately there is no news about moding. Shouldnt there be any documentation or tools till now?

[EDIT] Excuse me for this post, as I was wrong since the documentations are back online.It was in a rush...
What I realy meant apart from this wrong post on docs, was about newer collada version support.
