Edit Log:
- re-directed the vase in Streetboat's area to his original MFP vase
- put the candle back in Flawless' room
- I have no idea why either of those two things changed, probably a glitch
- fixed the part of Rom's script where his name didn't pop up for his room
- made sure notes and signs were connected to the right lang files

- Added some stuff...?
