Wait... what?
What has an MP3 encoder to do with your Full Conversion?

Trying is the first step to success.

Not in a full conversion mod, but this MP3 encoder will be extracted to the Amnesia directory.

RE: Feared in the Room

What possible use could LAME encoder be for here? Amnesia does not use nor entirely support mp3s.

Judging by your signature, you're querying how to convert MIDI's to mp3s. Lame_enc can be used there, but if you're wanting to convert them for use in Amnesia, instead convert them into Ogg Vorbis (.ogg) files in Audacity instead. If you cannot do that, then record the MIDI by setting Audacity to record from the computer speakers (usually called Stereo Mix), then export/render the project as an .ogg file.

As a player, we are also not required to use LAME Encoder in or with Amnesia. No mp3 encoding is done in Amnesia.

I don't want to use Audacity. I use WavePad to edit this.
Wavepad (Not audacity): http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/
Test monsters' music 1: https://www.mediafire.com/?da54yksk1i2eal8
I was mistaken, MP3 encoding isn't done in Amnesia the same time.

RE: Feared in the Room

Regardless of what you use to edit your mod, the player AKA the user that will play your mod does not need to edit any of your files, so there's no need to include any encoders.
