Help Setting up Dev Environment!

I was hoping to set this up so it would launch the map in my custom_stories folder but I've put the full correct path in (made sure it ends with \ ) and it says it could not load world file at the path that is correct:

Should I not develop from inside the custom stories folder? That seemed best as I can put my extra_english.lang and custom_story_settings.cfg for the maps I'm working on in the custom_stories\DTest\ folder. Is putting in the full path too long a string?
