Just finished the game...

... and I was wondering if there's any fun or funny things to do. I've seen videos of people messing around with the monsters, but is there anything else?

The story was great but I don't feel like doing a serious second play through.

I suppose you could try to reach places you couldn't before. That or glitches. One main thing you should do is try the custom stories here on the site :3

Okay, cool. Are there any decent ones? After looking around for some, I only found ones that were works in progress.

Subterranea or however you spell it. Although they may be WIP, they are far from unplayable.

Play with the commentary mode.
Try to solve puzzles in different ways (some have multiple solutions).

I'm on my second playthrough - my goal is to find all the tinderboxes and oils. I'm also enjoying the amount of detail put into the maps themselves.
