I've added some pictures of the progress. Currently there are 4 maps that are complete and i will be adding few more i guess. My goal is to make this story last for an hour or longer

From those pictures, my tip to you would be to select the planes for your floors and lower the tile amount in both X and Y directions. Other than that, looks good
