I knew 3. Silent Hill, 7. Blackthorne, and 4. Rampage, and I recognized 1. and 2. but couldn't recall the names. 9. could be any top-down shooter from the NES era, I'd guess a Metal Gear.

Really disappointed nobody remembers 8 though. One of my all time favs!
