In no particular order.

Super Mario Bros 3 (NES)
Final Fantasy VI (SNES)
Chrono Trigger (SNES)
Final Fantasy X (PS2)
Devil May Cry (PS2)
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (PS2)
Castlevania: Dawn or Sorrow (Nintendo DS)
Amnesia The Dark Descent (PC)
The Sims 2 (PC)
Little Big Planet (PS3, PSP)

Neither of the Penumbra games made my top ten as you can see, but there were very, very close. Numbers 11 and 12 respectively.

I've played so many games. But these are my absolute favourites...
No particular order:

-Portal (the best puzzle game ever made!)
-RockBand (makes me feel like a real rocker on tour )
-Hotel Dusk: Room 215 (game for DS, a puzzle game too)
-S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-Trilogy (my favourite games of all time. I like the books too)
-Metro 2033 (same feeling as S.T.A.L.K.E.R., love it)
-Penumbra-Trilogy (scares the hell out of me)
-Amnesia: The Dark Descent (scares me even more)
-Mirror's Edge (you can almost feel the wind blowing through your hair if you stand on top of a high building)
-Neverwinter Nights 1+2 (my favourite RPG)
-The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion + Morrowind (great RPG's too)
