Game is... off center..

A really weird bug that I'm encountering:

As you see, the game starts.. off center, with my desktop visible on the right and bottom. No idea what could've caused this - I run the game at my screen's native resolution (1600:900), but I tried other resolutions as well (same result); I updated my drivers (NVidia GTX 275 graphics card); I tried tweaking other graphic options... no dice (I'm running Windows XP, btw).

Is there any command line that I can use in the launch options to make the game run at a different H/V position? I tried manually adjusting my monitor, but the bars on the top and left and just cut off (black) when I move the monitor position...

I'd lol at this. Any problem with other softwares using full-screen? Like web-browsers?
