near the generater, after you restore power by throwing the box down the shaft, turning the wheels in the right sequence, then replacing the fuse, there is a communitcations area near that room. Go in there after collecting the note from the closet, and click on one of the speakers, and morse code will start to read out, compare you notes with that and you will get four numbers.
