Custom Retail Artwork Insert

Has anyone made a custom artwork insert? The retail release is rather plain (innacurate slipcover aside) without one. I'd make one and share it here myself if I could, but that's unfortunately out of the question.

Any customs (or links to such) will be greatly appreciated.
