that would be good to fly over the lake

if you had no clip, you don't have to worry about the lake, you can just no clip to "the shelter". It'd be interesting to noclip through that area to see how much of that map the devs actually designed in preparation for ep2.

My guess is... nothing.
Nothing besides that what we see, at least.
Including an area the player will never visit in the game would be quite pointless.
