The End of Time (DEMO)

--[Rewriting Story Line]--

Possibly full conversion when finished? This is a one man project and I've already been working on it for about 2 weeks.

First level nearly done. Small demo is ready for trying the first part of it out. Smile
When a message pops up saying that the area is not completed yet, you've reached the end of the small demo. Actually, there are 2 areas where it'll say that. :p

Nice story, I really enjoyed the atmosphere you created, it wasn't very scary but hopefully it will pick up in the later levels, good luck with it all Smile

Allright! I played trough the demo or was it pre-demo? Well whatever...
Spoiler below!
Nice work with the polishing! The random sounds were quite nice addition to the atmosphere and the mass placing of boxes fit the place real well. Only thing that buggered me was the spiderwebs, imo they look weird when in dark (can be weird in a good way too).

I have no clue about the storyline, first I thought this was gonna be something d33p, but then I'm in a some kind of a dig site with sewer system and all...

The monster encounters felt weird to me too. There was no explanation for them at all. Also one thing I think you could add is changing the monsters sounds, so its not the familiar spawn sound and music (I think that could change them completely from familiar to something scary).

Key in the pipe puzzle was quite interesting, first I just went forward and noticed the valve, turned it and something happened. Then I went to the pipe and randomly hit it with the rock next to it.

Also I suggest getting someone to do the grammar check when releasing the final version, there were a few puny errors.

Thanks all for the comments!

I haven't really developed the story yet, so I plan to. When I release the demo, I'll make sure I put down a heavy storyline and make sure I get everything to make sense. Smile
