The first sewer encounter is a hallucination.

EDIT: Wow, it is, I was certain for sure it was real

If it wasn't it would make the sewers the hardest level to speedrun . As it turns out, that award is just stolen by storage.

Why the sewers isn't hard at all, I barely even had to TRY

I didn't even have to lure the brute away at the end, i just watched his patrolling route and went when he wasn't guarding it

Doing it normally is easy. Doing it as fast as humanly possible is a lot more difficult thanks to a rather nasty set of jumps that need to be performed (note again, quickly). If that brute wasn't a hallucination, one would have to add some enemy dodging right at the start of the area which looks to have incredibly tight timing.

The one in the Wine Cellar is real, but after some seconds he disappears, and you can't go near him because your movements "misteriously" slow down.

The grunt in the wine cellar is real but cannot hurt you,its triggers are disabled so no matter what you do the grunt wont see you or attack you.
