My first thought was, that Philips has some sort of schizophrenia.
And he wokes up in his own bed at the end of the game, or in a hospital.
Or maybe again in that Cave where he fall down from those ladders.
But it was pretty stupid idea.

...My thought are that the cave is some sort of place where they do human experimentation.
And somehow Philip got a away from the mine.

We come to see that Worm again, atleast I really hope so!

And we come to see people in real life, not just hear them voice.

I think the game will end with philip realizing he's high or drunk.

That kind of ending would be kinda strange thinking that Philip can die in the first episode. If he was high or drunk or whatever, he couldn't be killed. So I think that it really is happening to Philip and not just something that he wakes from and realizes that it was a dream
