Frictional used their cubemaps for models to give a sense of reflection without using a lot of performance. its mainly used on glass and water materials.

There is this section on your moddb page that shows that icon, you'll see the same icon and a code in a box next to it, I went to tinyurl.com to shorten it due to the limitations
