Your game is not updated.
You didn't install any graphic drivers.
It either has GeForce 8400M GS or GeForce 8600M GT. Which one does your laptop have?

From where did you get the game? Also, 32-bit is the architecture and not the Operating System. Moreover, dell vostro 1500 is most probably a series of laptops. We need to know the exact model usually found under the laptop, at the screen or at any stickers on top of it.
