~ SciFi Interior Asset by EntART3t ~ - Hardarm - 12-08-2012

Do you remember the fancy asset from EntART3t?
The guy who made THIS thread but just disappeared out of the nothingness?
Well He magically appeared on my MSN and talked a bit.
He sended me the files and gave me free use of it, he approved my request to share them with the community.

Create a new indoor area with these new SciFi assets made by EntART3t!

They are "almost finished" as he won't work further with them, some MAY have no collision mesh, maybe it's just the "large_door_closed" or whatever it is called.

REMINDS:
  • Some pieces may not have collision mesh, but almost all of them have.
  • The piece door_1.ent is a slide door and it's a pain in the ass to open by hand. You'll have to trigger it with a button or distance sight to open it by itself with scripting somehow.
  • The Example Map (whose download is at the end of the post) will explain you a bit how to use the blocks.
  • It's raccomended to people that have got some experience in building, so all maps won't be equal each other and will be unique.

I have a problem, when I put the entities or the static objects in the editor, they don't show up as nothing, no textures. How can I fix this this? Are some textures in the texture folder specificity only go in the other folders? Btw, spectacular job EntART3t.

Check the folders if they are correct. They should match the main amnesia ones completely, just like a non-isolated Full Conversion. Entities, static_object and textures should have the folder "EntART3t" in them.

I fixed it, a little different, I just dumped all the textures that where with the static object or entities in to their respected folders.

Ya, but oddly enough, the preview of most objects does not show up its picture, but when placing it down it pops up as it should be. Well its better than nothing I say.

It's buggy, it happened to me. Try restart your level editor now it shows upside. Smile
