More probably it has to do with something else, non related to graphics. That said we just completed the game a couple of weeks ago. It has been very fun, good work!

A bug in my cloud folder syncing service wiped my Amnesia and Penumbra receipt, which had the links and keys for downloading the games. Those download links pointed to the Frictional Games site itself...
