I'm not going to obsess over this, because I like the suspense of waiting for further teasers, but it looks like the image could be a view from a top corner of a room. If you look under the 'A' you can see a pillar, and on the floor it casts a shadow. The light source is the white blotch directly under the 'e'. The floor looks bloody, the black blotch in the far end of the "room" looks like it could be some type of furniture. The only problem with that perspective is that it provides no explanation for the yellow blotches on the sides. Even if they were part of the room, they're too oddly placed to be windows or torches.

That site has been around since before Amnesia and it looked the same then, so I think it's unrelated. FG seems to use it to host images for some reason.
