Can't Find Custom Story Editor

I wish to create a custom story, however I can not find the editor. I own the PC Steam version. It was gifted to me last year from a friend.

You can download them as well as view tutorials to use them on the wiki:

To install, simply extract it to your redist folder (the folder containing Amnesia.exe)

I'd also suggest viewing the "Noob to Pro" creation series done by Your Computer:
