Check the threads at the top of the technical support section for trouble shooting help. Sounds like your computer does not match the needed requierments or is in a need of updated drivers for the graphics card.

Im using Radeon x800

That is below requierments so unfortunately not capable of running the game.

it runs the game its just that the light is bouncing around.
