Mirror's Edge was made by EA and also pretty main stream and it was a great game for its time.

Gotta love how Notch and his game can slow down my computer (even with 8GB DDR3 ram). I have a quad core which is not the best out there by any means but Minecraft of all things should not be lagging on this rig... hell even if I threw my money at an AMD Bull Dozer (assuming my board would accept it) Minecraft would still lag.

I dunno, man. I think it'd be pretty cool to race across the rooftops with your friends.

The game lost it's appeal to me after a few months. I just got bored with it. It's not interesting at all.

Well I guess its ok but I really think that it was not a good fit for the game...

Talking about how EA will only publish games with multi player.

Uh EA aren't you forgetting sims, your highest selling franchise what is strictly single player only.

Danny Boy: Even though it wasn't developed by Pandemic, we were close to getting a Battlefront 3 http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/vie...sychopaths

Dead Space wasn't exactly my type of game but I enjoyed playing them and can see why people love them, considering all the focus being put on marketing the co-op in Dead Space 3 I'm not so sure what type of a single player we can expect. Hopefully it won't be one big tutorial for multiplayer, like many other games have done.

I don't think the whole mainstream gaming should be considered dead, there are still good games being released, for example what we've seen of watch dogs so far, it's still worth keeping an eye on them to see what games are being made. But yeah, indie's nice, but I'm not too sure about Minecraft being indie anymore.

We're probably going to see online features make their way into the sims games (haven't player the Sims 3 so I don't know if it has online features), I can see them adding features like "Visit your friends neighbourhood" and similar. But lets hope they won't shove more social gaming stuff down our throats.

Socialism (noun): A great way to run out of other people's money.

EA does ruin themselves. And I think it is good.
They need a big crash, until they understand they're incompetant to make games.
EA lost all their talents, they lost it since a decade.
If you are just money oriented, you will fail to understand what the meaning of a game is.

Let's do Bain Capital first. Then if we have enough nukes left over, maybe.

EA's bad, but I'm surprised that a lot of people think they are the worst company ever. That isn't even remotely true.
