Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months ago Graphics bug? How do I fix this?

So you know the fleshy web crap that spawns periodically during game progression over walls and doors and stuff? Well, mine has like a weird white border like an image was just pasted there; covering up everything under it with white. Made a recording to show my problem. Please help =/ P.S. I have updated my drivers already. Dodgy
