What do you mean? They planned 3 episodes, but were screwed by their distributer on the first episode and they had to cut back.

There was alittle work done on Unbirth, but than they decided not to do it/re-create it using HPL. Not much work was done on it.

From what I understand of it, Unbirth was not released. Which is a good thing really as it looks to me like one long Black Plague dream sequence and I did not like that at all.

Whats unbirth? I see there is an expansion cool, but i thought the last one summed it up? Then again i haven't finished any penumbra games.

Unbirth is not an expansion, Requiem are.
Unbirth was one of Frictional Games past projects.

Well from what I recall from several days ago when I read about it it was to be made by some other company can't recall the name.
