RE: Amnesia A Machine for Pigs sound design
I'm not sure I want ME2. As far as I know, lots of old good developers that worked on ME2 left original team, and -- due to all respect, of course - I'm not sure newcomers can catch the unique spirit of this game.
As an example: see what happened when it was announced that AMFTP being developed by TCR. Imagine if Amnesia 3/next frictional game was developed by someone else?

This. But its more than one. On the third gif you can clearly see two shapes moving behind each other. Could be the two arms of a monster but it looks more like two hooked pigs to me. What supports this theory is that there's no animation visible on the "monster", it looks like its just sliding forward. Something sliding at me would scare the shit out of me.

I hope you respond to me Samuel. I'm kind of a thick when it comes to the stuff you were talking about, and I didn't really understand fully.
So what you are basically saying, is that the audio for the game will be too quiet and won't work right for anyone who has a set of stereo speakers or head phones that do not support 5.1 or higher, and that there is currently no way to fix these issues without using a guide online, right? So if I am a normal PC user that isn't tech savvy in these areas, I will not be able to enjoy the game the way its meant to be played. So, I am also correct when I say that you have no in game options to change things to work with stereo equipment? I'm just making sure that I understand these circumstances.

It would make it unrealistic as it would make your enemy killable in real life.
The grunt brute suitor and tuurngait had extreme conditioning and strenght that is the reason you couldn't defeat them physicly.
A robot pig would be simple to stop.

Of course you will! We have tested the game on a huge range of speakers (from tiny cheap ones you can buy from a supermarket all the way upto big expensive setups). It plays fine on all setups
