Most of those concepts are too complicated, the monster has to look simple but scary.

I agree. Sticking tons of sharp objects to a humanoid mutated pig looks cool, but somehow I think the guys at thechineseroom will go for something a bit more subtle and sophisticated.

Like for example a crazed human who looks and behaves like a pig due to being kept and fattened like one, but still looks believable in terms of how much you can warp the human form in a realistic context... that would actually scare me much more than all supernaturally mutated pig-monsters ever could.
