Two references in that sentence, came from:1. Left 4 Dead - Francis says this.
 2. Indiana Jones (I forgot which one.) - Where he said "Snakes. I hate snakes."

"Veni, vidi, vici.""I came, I saw, I conquered."

The Indiana Jones reference came from Raiders Of The Lost Ark when they opened the tomb which contains the Ark Of The Covenant. They find lots of snakes inside and then that is when Dr. Jones says that line.

yeah, imagine Jens walking out of that closet :O

Sorry but we cannot change your avatar as the new avatar you specified is too big. The maximum dimensions are 80x80 (width x height)

Yeah, I played a custom story where it happened. I was reading the note and it said someone had died in the closet. As soon as I exit, I enter a quicktime event with the camera panning towards the closet really slowly and the door creaking open. I stood up from my chair, and retreated to the furthest corner of my room behind my bed, and I still jumped when the body appeared.

It would also be terrifying if the monsters could open cubboards to check them or tilt their head to look into cover.

I'm sure that's one of the events of obscurity.
