Yes it does, it is a plot point so bland, superficial, stupid, unoriginal, outdated and many other mean words, that only shitty games such as Resident Evil are using it. And for love of God, stop saying that Vitae is some form of a virus (I know you didn't say that, but I'm lazy for another reply)
I swear I will renounce eating pork, if there is any significant mention of viruses, parasites and similar crap like that in AAMFP.
