Looking at the nails again they seem a bit long and creepy is this on purpose?
Make them more "flat" , you know not "sharp, and make the white area by the end of the nails more visible if its even there(make it dark/brown if he has not cleaned his nails that dirty bastard).
If the creepy nails are actually on purpose you can just ignore my advice.

I was thinking the same thing before, the fingernails don't look right. I wouldn't call them creepy, but they look like they belong to woman's hand.
Are they textured much? I'm looking at my own, and they would be a little bit white at the base, a semi-circular. But the rest would be a mix of light red/pink/white.
