@Darkely
Are the textures in the same place as the original? You didn't move the .vmts did you?

And the polycount seems fine. It COULD be reduced, but instead of changing the count of the model up close, you could work on making LODs.
_____________

I also made a particle system for my "Affair" knife, that would be applied to backstabs. Also my first ever custom particle on Source.

I need to recompile the model, because I deleted it sometime ago. So this kind of a revival project of sorts. Anyway I still may need to adjust the Fluttershy plushie, because in-game it looks good however the shadows that are cast on it look blocky. I am assuming this is due to it's shape.

The plushie also doesn't sit on the Quick Fix quite right, because the handle on top of it it in the way:

Thankfully the medic doesn't use it in any of his animations so it is just for show. I am thinking about deleting that little handle so the plushie doesn't have to clip through it.

Did you actually make the plushie model?

I thought already said it, but no it is an adaption. Basically I'm moving the plushie from one weapon to another however it is harder than I thought it would be.

I am actually going to be using the Fluttershy model as a reference to make a plushie of Scootaloo too. I have a WIP of the Scootaloo plushie that I've made however I am still embarrassed of it -once I feel comfortable with it I'll post here and maybe get some feed back on it.

Ah, well I know nothing of things MLP, was just curious as to wether you modeled it yourself or not, since that's what people seem to use the thread for.

I just thought it would be a good project for me even though it is fairly simple. However I will be making another plushie (on my own) so I think that will be a more um... appropriate thing to post here.

I guess an adaption is not very impressive, but it is mainly so I can get some practice with Blender and working with them.

Animation I made today, had some fun with it! Was supposed to be a lip syncing exercise.
